Umberto Boccioni (1882 – 1916) had an enormous influence on the movement of what was then called the Futurists. As you can see from our replica statue, he is far beyond the traditional arts, and looking at his futuristic men, they look like driven by the dynamism of the 20th century, runs like one driven by the spiral and need of becoming ever quicker, and is reflecting of the war machinery of WWI. He and his work is widely recognized, his works can be found in all major museums, and the original of our particular work can be found in his home country Italy.

The Unique Forms of Continuity in Space was made as a bronze sculpture, it is so important to Italy and Europe that we find it depicted on the obverse of the Italian-issue of the 20 cent Euro coin.

Our sculpture is 15cm in height and made from artist's resin.
