The Solitaire Collection is the most advanced way of designer jewellery on the market using 3D printing of nylon material. This art material when introduced in the late 30th of the 20th century by Naum Gabo, was a highlight of
avantgardist creation. Born in Briansk in Russia, with his younger brother, the sculptor Antoine Pevsner, Gabo was inspired by pure Constructivism, the Philosophy of Kant whom he studied in Munich and the mathematical string models from the 19th century he knew from Museums. As an exile he had moved 1935 to England where together with J.L. Martin and Ben Nicholson created the journal and art group "Circle" where he explored new ways of displaying space in 1937. This exploration with string - a translucent, light, and most versatile art medium is creatively picked up here again by designer artists Nitz & Schieck from Berlin who have produced the most stunning Solitaire Collection.
As you can see from this ring which comes in various colours, it is very light, strong and flexible, a material that can resist pressure while being bent. The surface is slightly porous and has a granular look. Short contact with water does not harm the material or colour, bu to maintain the high quality of your product, please avoid contact with saltwater, soap and excessive exposure to sun.
This product is available in royal blue, yellow, orange, coral red, pink, violet, green or black - simply make your choice.
The ring is available in sizes 52 – 62 (mm circumference of finger). If you are unsure about your ring size, you can convert the inner diameter of one of your rings (diameter in mm multiplied by 3,14) or find assistance at a jewellry store.
